Recruited to assist with a technology reboot, I performed the following objectives:Drive the implementation and adoption of best practices such as self-service, automation, ITIL including release management and change control.Restructure and develop the current Service Desk to provide and exceed current SLA for internal and external stakeholders.Review and document current state operational and end user compute capabilities.Identify, select, and manage technology vendors to augmenting the inhouse technology team.Develop IT strategy to assist the transformation from SME to an Enterprise IT landscape.Scoped and developed project plans for end to end deployment of on-premise Exchange migration to Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams and Yammer implementations.Identify current security inefficiencies and develop project plans to remediate the issues.

Known for delivering key outcomes as an industry authority, I was able to lead and deliver a range of key outcomes whilst managing the strategic and tactical direction of ICT services, alongside ICT Management across the entire company and external business units.Within this role, I was able to demonstrate key proficiency and outcome achievement in a range of sectors and projects, including studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats, and actively monitoring project progress through activity tracking, problem resolution, and the publishing of progress reports as required. My strong understanding of lCT, Service Delivery, and Management outcome has seen me working closely with key Project Managers and Senior Stakeholders on the development and implementation of project plans and technical documentation, as well as project assurance findings and recommendations.With my excellent technical leadership, I was able to meet expectations by imparting my knowledge and experience of the best practices across different levels of business development.Within this role, I able to successfully implement new WAN and Hosting networks, all whilst driving a key change within the organisation, in the transitioning of Chesterfield Australia away from MSP arrangements, and into high-performing internal ICT Helpdesk outcomes.I make sure to stay relevant within the position by being consistently updated with projects as well as market researches and trends in order to grow and develop as a professional and individual within the workplace. In this position, I am able to drive multiple concurrent outcomes in a role that requires outstanding technical understanding and service delivery in a highly compliant environment.Within this role, I regularly conduct research hand development to ensure communications and ICT endeavours are up to date, as well as utilising industry expertise to identify and analyse system/technical faults, branch and operational needs, and the changing landscape of emergency communication, before liaising with the Communications Support Unit in relation to reporting, maintaining, and updating communications technology.My time in this role has allowed me to develop a range of operational skills, where I utilise technical know-how and industry expertise to consistently improve the function of the organisation, through the application of best practice and adoption of new technology and processes, alongside industry growth and technology availability.I am able to consistently provide best practice outcomes to the organisation through remaining flexible, consistently reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of plans, processes, methodologies, and technologies used, and match up communications centre operations output to the overall needs of the community, and the organisation at large.This role has allowed me to grow exponentially, taking a look at he industry from a different angle, and acting in a position of authority and subject matter excellence.
