Facilitate the management, and direction, of the day to day operations of the telecommunications office for the U.S. Air Force Academy. Manage technician workload, governmental reports, triage troubles, schedule equipment installation. Coordinate with Government Project Managers, as a Subject Matter Expert, to review building designs, and project reviews for communications infrastructure, planning of future installs and forecasting usage. Maintain the Nortel DMS-100 switch, alarm monitoring, Moves, Adds, Changes, Preventive Maintenance Inspections, and perform all maintenance actions as required. Coordinate and schedule fiber optic circuit, and copper circuit, installations. Manage, coordinate, and direct the installation, and testing, of all layer one fiber optic and copper infrastructure on the U.S Air Force Academy.

Maintain and operate a CS2100 with 20K active lines. Aslo install and maintain Cisco UCM VOIP phones
