Recruit IT professionals in various technologies.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Head Hunting, References, Job Portals (likeMonster, Dice).• Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level ofperformance expectation from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.)• Bill Rate Negotiation• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients.• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• Building up good Database of candidates and clients.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.General administrative responsibilities as needed.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening includingpreliminary interview of the candidates.• Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Involved in active submissions of candidates our H1 C2C resources.• Placed Green card holders and Citizens for different skills.• Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories
