The Associate Business Operations is responsible for providing the day to day operational support to Sapient’s Client Facing teams to enable smooth delivery and operational compliance.> Address operational, financial issues and concerns and help mitigate them> Create project budget reports, project review report and other financial reports and undertake data analysis> Form relationships, assist, coordinate with project leadership and various Sapient internal teams such as Finance, Staffing, Recruiting on operations planning and execution

Undertook collecting over 2,000 company profiles and business information, drafting and processing business writing and communications in order to promote “Korea-Canada Investment Forum 2010” purposed to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into South Korea.

Executed solutions-based negotiations with senior management from the client company, advising systematic approach to the review of document formatting, curbing the attention to minor issues in order to direct focus toward more pressing and complex issues.
