My name is Daniel L, born in 1975 in Uppsala, Sweden. I did 15 months of compulsory military service in 95/96 as Assistant Intelligence Officer, Swedish Air Force accompanied by 1-year elective training to become Intelligence Officer in 96/97. I undertook to study Medicine at the University of Uppsala in 2001 and earned my Medical Degree in 2006. My internship began in 2006 in Kalmar County Hospital and ceased in late 2007. In 2007 I was certified according to The European Diving Technology Committee (E.D.T.C.) as Diving Physician, Bandos Diving Medicine Course, Bandos Island, Maldives. I then commenced my residency in Family Medicine and completed it in 2013. I did an optional Specialist Examination in Family Medicine/General Practitioner under the auspices of the Swedish Association of General Practice and the Swedish Society of Medicine in 2013. The same year I was granted the qualification as Specialist in Family Medicine from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. I've then operated as a Consultant Family Medicine Physician in various Family Medicine Clinics in and throughout Uppsala. I've worked overseas in a couple of sessions as a Family Medicine Physician/Diving Physician. I served at Zanzibar International Medical Centre, Tanzania in 2008/2009, which also included managing the Hyperbaric Chamber. I carried a position in Nærøy Helsesenter, Kolvereid, Norway 2009 as a Family Medicine Physician for three months. The same year I advanced back to Africa and some Tropical Medicine for a position at First Medical Aid Center, Serengeti, Tanzania. In 2010 I held a position as Family Medicine Physician at the Medical Centre & Hyperbaric Chamber, Seychelles, including managing the Hyperbaric Chamber. In 2007 I started my limited corporation, and I carry the position of Chief Executive Officer. I've been working as a Consultant Physician ever since. Since late 2020 I've worked with Telemedicine on various platforms as a Family Medicine Physician.
