• During this time spent 2 months working at the 5 star Sails in the Desert Hotel during the refurbishment of this hotel. Responsible for the housekeeping department and the roll out of new FF & E into the hotels 228.
• Instrumental in the roll out of a new staff and customer service initiative called Palya Spirit developed by the GM of this property and rolled out resort wide
• Shutdown of The Lost Camel in April as it was being redeveloped into staff accommodation
