I am an experienced leader who takes charge without hesitation and surrounds himself with ambitious, confident, and driven individuals. My leadership philosophy is built upon the pillars of honesty, integrity, and pride, and I strongly believe anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time.My background in law enforcement, management, and the service industry has not only provided invaluable experience and knowledge but has solidified my adherence to a flipped hierarchy of management. I provide unparalleled service by putting the customer first and providing my team with the tools necessary to find value and meaning in the work they do.During my law enforcement service, I attended college to further my education in information technology and data forensics. I served in multiple capacities and on multiple volunteer boards to serve the community. My passion for law enforcement and technology led me to seek opportunities to better suit my talents and I ended my law enforcement career of ten years. I have always believed in providing the best technologies to law enforcement to make the job safer and more effective. I now dedicate the full complement of my professional resources to supporting law enforcement.Outside of work, I enjoy the culinary arts. I love teaching my children the joy and art of food. I enjoy being a bit of a foodie as well. Always up to discover great places and new chefs.
