Served as the Chief Technology Officer for a 250-person, global technology team supporting the First Data Credit Issuing platform. • Drove the Fiserv / First Data Credit Issuing Technology Merger by assembling a cross organization team to identify gaps, develop cost effective solutions and quickly implement to the aggressive merger integration budget and timeline.• Modernized systems from legacy mainframe technologies to a data driven modern technology stack.• Provided ongoing resiliency initiatives on the Optis platform to continue the journey to 100% availability.

Served as the Global Program Manager leading an international team managing all aspects of the delivery of the strategic, global integration of SAP with each country’s applications.• Successfully managed the integration and deployment of SAP to target countries for each of their unique corporate applications.• Worked closely with each country’s executive leadership to enhance the deployment strategy and delivery process with lessons learned from each phase of the deployments to significantly improve our time to market, delivery quality while reducing delivery costs.• Provided banking and payments industry expertise to ensure SAP solution supported the firm’s global banking requirements, leveraging Risk Management experience to solution risk and control issues within the program.

Planned and led significant efforts to enhance product capabilities and meet key risk, control and regulatory changes for ecommerce and remittance processing platforms.Executive Director Commercial Card Services (2007 - 2010):Directed a team of 100 global technologists building a $10 million cardholder management system in support of the Federal Government’s GSA SmartPay2 Program. Executive Director Program Management Office (2005 - 2007):Managed the Treasury Services Technology Program Management and Technology Risk Management Office through the $650 million Bank One and JPMorgan merger. Directly managed twenty employees with over 500 matrixed employees working on the merger projects. First Vice President Treasury Services Core Cash Management (2002-2005):Developed and delivered technology solutions for Core Cash Management products with a staff of 140 employees.
