- Hired on as a Graphic Designer promoted multiple times over my 17 years at the station. - Promoted to: Technical Director, Director, then Sr. Director.- My most recent promotion put me in charge of 11 employees, in addition to my director responsibilities detailed below.- Work with producers to conceptualize and execute a one-hour long fast paced, multi-camera newscast 5 days a week.- Full-responsibility over camera shots, blocking, programming the rundown. - Setup and direct news updates as well as preproduction for future stories or newscasts.- In addition to my regular show responsibilities, I was tasked with directing the Humane Society of Utah’s annual telethon for the years: 2015, 2016o Directed a Live three-hour telethon that consisted of six cameras, two satellite live shots, two locations (news studio and Humane Society location), 6 anchors and associated field producers, roving shots throughout the studio, graphic intensive, and free flowing format.- Was put in charge of a segment called “Business Now” that I produced, shot, edited and built graphics for.- Won multiple UBEE Awards from the Utah Broadcasters Association for weekend and weekday newscasts.
