Led the development of an IoT solution for the connected motorcycle and assembled the development team. Responsibilities included conducting requirement analyses to align the motorcycle's drivetrain with business objectives, managing supplier procurement for app and fleet management systems, and collaborating on system architecture with both suppliers and internal engineers. Over 12 months, I directed the project from initial concept to launch, resulting in a robust IoT platform that includes a new app and fleet management system. The role required comprehensive technical knowledge, independence, and managerial oversight within Cake's driveline group.

As a project manager and business developer, my responsibilities included: • Assisting clients in identifying the right technical solutions for their IoT projects • Perform and lead pre-studies to, together with a team of other IoT experts• Establish system architecture and propose implementation strategies. • Expand Attentecs portfolio of clientsI took the projects all the way from sales to delivery, covering requirement identification, IoT architecture, and implementation leading using agile methodologies. My responsibilities also included responsibility for the Attentec business unit in Stockholm, its budget, my contributions to the management team, and being a line manager for a group of engineers.

The role was mixed with both product manager responsibility for the software and personnel responsibility for the engineers. In addition to this I was also head product owner for the projects my team delivered.

I joined Infinera as a manager after they recognized my leadership skills as an agile coach. I was responsible for at most 25 software engineers working on the metro product line. Initially the role was a line manager role with responsibility for people, ways of working and software platform maintanence.

In my role as an Embedded Software Consultant at Transmode AB, I developed advanced software within complex Linux environments on distributed system platforms. Simultaneously, I led my team as a Scrum Master, implementing Agile principles to streamline project delivery and enhance team collaboration. This dual-focus role contributed to both project success and team development.

As s software consultant focused on Internet of Things. I helped companies to perform prestudies to study IoT project feasibilities from a technical perspective.

I spent my time developing software for instrument clusters for the heavy truck industry. The work taught me deep understanding in embedded C and the complexity of product development in the vehicle industry.
