Led the development of an IoT solution for the connected motorcycle and assembled the development team. Responsibilities included conducting requirement analyses to align the motorcycle's drivetrain with business objectives, managing supplier procurement for app and fleet management systems, and collaborating on system architecture with both suppliers and internal engineers. Over 12 months, I directed the project from initial concept to launch, resulting in a robust IoT platform that includes a new app and fleet management system.
