Dan has been practicing law in the Utah legal community for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in civil litigation of all types, from personal injury claims to complex commercial and business disputes. He has recently pursued multiple wrongful death cases related to accidental overdoses from the Duragesic Fentanyl Transdermal pain patch and filed Utah's first (and only the third in the country) wrongful death lawsuit related to the Duragesic pain patch.
