Material Asst. Manager
•Manage all systems for accuracy. •Manage and monitor materials and production requirements for customers and internal production schedule as well. •Responsible for inventory levels and accuracy of inventory reporting•Interacts with customers to determine most efficient production of products, communicate order status, shipment of finished goods, and resolution of opportunities. •Responsible for all changes associated with products and the communication of those changes to internal personnel and customers including inventory levels, timing, and any potential issues. •Manage all product changes to maintain a 0$ amount of obsolescence with any change •Resolve unique circumstances and special customer production requests •Monitor and report daily production requests versus master schedule •Identify raw material and component requirements for production from engineering in order to meet product specifications and schedules •Confirm and report material supply and demand •Minimize scrap and slow moving parts •Analyze and control the level of inventory finished goods and work in progress •Oversee physical inventory planning to achieve maximum efficiency •Train and mentor others in the company production systems methodology and follow strict adherence to the production methods
