As a Unit Delivery Manager in Yopeso, I my responsibilities are around: - Monitoring activity and resource planning, elaborating timelines and milestones to ensure theproject delivery on time, within budget, and scope.- Working closely with the Sales team, leading the RFQ/RFP process to win potential leads.- Monitoring the project’s budget, margins, and strategies to optimize costs.- Managing stakeholders satisfaction and engagement.- Managing team members' activities, preparing client invoice data and other reports data.- Monitoring P&L at the unit level with the yearly budget projection of rates and costs.

As I joined Yopeso I became responsible with managing a project with 25+ members, transitioning from a product company in US to a DE client. This transition had it's own challenges, starting from two teams on two different major time zones to becoming the main service supplier thats supports a 2M+ user base product with continuous delivery.
