My responsibilities:- Oil changes to any vehicle wanting service (gas/diesel)- Full vehicle inspections ( tire depths, suspension, exhaust, engine, lights )- Rotate, mount/dismount, balance tires- Two/Four wheel alignments - New car inspection- Service work orders ( diagnosing problems, suspension repair, exhaust repair, mig welding, fluid leaks, etc)

I went through a two week training program teaching us how to roll form, safety and calibration. My responsibilities were: - Produce steel automotive bumper beams to spec ( check clearances, measurements, weld qualities and strengths)- Run and operate roll form machines ( adjust/fix tooling, tig weld new steel coil to end of old coil, adjust weld wheel, adjust cut off head if sweep of bumper is too large/small, replace cut off blade when dull)- Product change overs ( change out roll form tooling, dye tooling in press, weld wheel, cut off head)- Mig welding ( patching weld skips from weld wheel)- Driving hi-low ( moving roll form tooling for product change over )
