Graduated in 1979 from Laval University in Business Administration with probation studies for Master in Technologies from the same university from 1981 to 1983, he practice in Rechearch and Development, in accounting, finance, audit et information technologies since 1979. He has worked for national et international firms in consulting and audit information technologies: more than 10 years at Mallette Maheu/Arthur Andersen where he was director for tree years of the technologies security and audit services and 2 years director of technologies consulting for Small and Medium Business (SMB). He created is own consulting firm in information technologies in 1995: MultiSig Inc., specialized in operational Information Systems for SMB and in executive and decision supports systems pour major business. He managed the firm as president until 2002. Internal auditor in Information Technologies at National Bank of Canada from June 2002 to May 2003, he his hired in June 2003 by Desjardins Group as budget/finance advisor for two Information Technologies vice-presidencies and advisor in Scientific research and Experimental development (SR&ED) in Information Technologies.
