In my role as Programmer Analyst, I maintain and develop a variety of window and web based applications used by both clients and Accreditation Canada personnel. With my experience in research and development I was instrumental in the conversion of web applications to website applications to ease the deployment process. I also created data bound active reports and SSRS reports used and accessed by surveyors and organization. In my role as DBA, I was responsible for the creation, modification and maintenance of SQL server databases. I was responsible in maintaining database jobs, replications services, store procedures and other database objects to insure data accuracy in a clustered environment. I was required to troubleshoot issues pertaining to database scripts and resolved the issues in a timely matter.

In my role as Senior Programmer Analyst, I was responsible for ensuring the continued availability of the Maintenance of Certification website for submission of physicians activities; its robustness to peak utilization, the integrity and safeguard of the data submitted, the data migration from legacy systems to new technology from the analysis to its implementation, the development of web services to enable external data submission and its compatibility to mobile applications. I was instrumental in optimizing the site to handle 1.5 million accesses per day without any downtime for the first time since its inception.

In my role as a Programmer Analyst and Multimedia Developer, I produced and delivered web and computer-based products that incorporate a database back-end to a convivial multimedia interface adapted for a training audience. I combined words, images, video and sound to create immersive and engaging training environments that integrate simulation and interactive features with academic principles. I created databases to meet the needs of interactive web and desktop applications and established its connectivity to multimedia elements. I was leader of the team that elaborated a content management system (CMS) for a school board online endeavor where teachers had the capacity to create their own interactive courses in the form of games and gather student progress and test results.
