Daniel is a 2022 graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management and was born and raised in the heart of New York City. Daniel’s journey in the professional world has been fueled by an enthusiasm for Real Estate, Capital Markets, and a passion & hobby in aviation and sports. Throughout his college years, he delved into various facets of the real estate industry through a series of internships. From property management to development, and from commercial to industrial and residential real estate, he’s gained a well-rounded perspective.One highlight of Daniel’s journey is his finance internship with Boston Medical Center, where he had the opportunity to apply his financial acumen to the healthcare sector. This experience broadened his understanding of the intersections between finance and different industries. Daniel was able to refine his excel, software, and programming skills outside the classroom by using vlookups and pivot tables. An achievement Daniel has is becoming Argus certified, showcasing his commitment to learning and mastering industry-standard tools in real estate. Daniel thrives on challenges and is always eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share his enthusiasm for these dynamic fields.
