I ensure that respective IKEA Culture & Learning solutions are creating business impact and are being perceived as highly inspirational and engaging learning experiences.Main responsibilities :-Develop and sustain a strong competence base of facilitators, trainers and coaches together with partners across the IKEA value chain.-Evaluate digital and physical learning experiences, gather insights and draw conclusions for future improvements.-Support all necessary learning delivery activities to plan, prepare, execute and follow up according to the defined processes and standards.-Identify, recruit and on-board future facilitators.-Lead, coach and support facilitators and further develop their competence.
