Essential Job Functions: • Generate and process accounts receivable • Process all vendor payments • Respond to client questions regarding revenue invoices • Process payroll and transmit to PayChex, including deductions, garnishments, and taxes • Review journal entries for depreciation, payroll, and as needed • Maintain AR/AP files - processing, recording, invoicing and collections • Fixed asset tracking, recording, and depreciation calculations• Maintain general ledger reconciliations, chart of accounts, and orderly accounting records/files.• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit/loss statements, statement of cash flow, and balance sheet • Experience with budgeting and forecasting of operations and cash flow• Work with accounting auditors to complete annual financial audit • Report writing as required • Assist with any day to day functions, special projects and other duties as assigned needed
