Ensuring that the Young Talent Program is engaging and runs smoothly. I am the responsible person for the program and as such will manage all reviews and development discussions between the training provider, the relevant department and the apprentices/university graduates. As the expert in this area, I suggest course content and support creation where necessary, liaising closely with managers and providing recommendations for improvements. I will then be responsible for supporting an implementation plan over 2 years of a full administrative process for on-site training including: bookings, material management, course implementation, liaising with employees and training providers, managing invoices, budget management, maintaining all training records and updating Skills Matrix.I am the go-to person for employees, managers and training providers. I am a reliable problem-solver and customer focused. Within this role I have worked across UK, Denmark, Italy and Spain. In this role, I am responsible for communicating with employees, managers, training providers and local community whilst assisting with developing the most effective programs.This is a key role where I use my knowledge and experience together with my team to make a positive difference to both current and future performance within our Manchester & Tawd sites.• Employer Branding experience • Able to multi-task and work under pressure• Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments• Proficient using Microsoft Suite• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously• Extensive knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials • Apprenticeship Standard’s knowledge within manufacturing and engineering
