At Loram, I am responsible for delivering various projects, spanning product and vehicle maintenance, asset life extensions, modifications, major and minor overhauls, restorations, painting, crash-damage repairs etc. I am the author of Loram's project management procedure and corresponding processes, and I am currently overseeing a multi-million-pound project to convert 300 side-tipping wagons into low-sided box wagons for Network Rail.

Bombardier Class 172 Interior Modifications and System Upgrades.Scope includes the design, engineering and regulatory approvals for a new at-seat power system, ethernet backbone, driver controlled operation CCTV, in-cab monitors, passenger counting, auto selective door operation, smart passenger information system, interior refresh, seat reconfiguration and installation of a new universal access toilet.2.
