• Part of two person sponsorship sales team. Researched, and coordinated all sponsorship acquisition efforts. Responsible for negotiating and developing contracts for potential sponsors. • Successfully acquired MillerCoors as an official beer sponsor of 2012, as well as negotiated an extension for 2013• Signed a liquor sponsor for 2013-2014• Managed all sponsor relationships, ensuring the successful completion of all accompanying activation terms. This is not limited to coordinating all bar partnerships in conjunction with sponsors developing new lines of business between sponsors and different bars in New York, and creating platforms to leverage sponsorship to bring value to customers, partners, and ZogSports. • Responsible for the successful sales and management of leagues amassing over $1,000,000 of revenue per year• Successful development of multiple new products, as well as creating ways to better deliver them to the customer.• Attended multiple events per week to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of the quality product that the ZogSports brand stands for• In charge of hiring, training and continuous development of over 65 part-time staff members. Worked throughout the year to create a positive growth environment for them, helped assess where problems could be fixed, and when termination is the best option for the betterment of the customer experience.• Managed relationships and contracts with third party venues and senior management at Randall’s Island, NYC Parks and NYC Schools.• Organized multiple one-day tournaments per year, consisting of over 700 participants each; responsibilities including all sales work, permit allocation, tournament planning, and running of the event. • Excel in customer service with clients through timely email management, social media interfaces, and person-to-person interactions throughout the season.

• Arranged arbitration summaries, summons, and complaint forms to prepare for trial. • Documented the series of events and correspondences between various plaintiffs and defendants to help organize and structure management of multiple cases. • Met deadlines and goals to ensure a timely presentation of information that was suitable for court use.

• Managed and supervised a staff of twelve facilitating the growth and learning experience of over 230 campers. • Created daily schedules, drills, and activities through organization of time allocations and camper preferences. • Evaluated department staff on a weekly basis by assessing individual strengths and weaknesses; which were then documented and filed in an online database. • Met with staff members in order to correct department deficiencies to create a more productive team environment.

• Investigated businesses and corporations pirating HBO services across the country through contact and inquiry. • Worked extensively in Excel in order to assist with the organization of overseas broadcasts in order to place international trademarks on various programs. • Created a new database for the department organizing and detailing the above information that is still in use today.
