Current- Develop, coach, and validate colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, be knowledgeable about policies, processes, and new products, and maintain high standards.
- Prepare, analyse, and present weekly KPI reports with identified key actions and opportunities to the GSM(General Store Manager).
- Conduct daily health and safety risk assessments, preserve a clean work environment, and maintain daily trading law files.
- Plan marketing events and promotional activities, manage inventory using specialised programmes, and liaise with merchandising analysts to maintain availability.
- Work with GSM on store hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary measures.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and retention.
