The unit in Gothenburg was predominantly driven by key account customers in the construction sector, with a significant portion of sales personnel focusing on interior solutions for public spaces. I returned to this role after previously serving as the acting site manager for the unit a few years earlier.

During my tenure, we increased revenue by over 40%, maintaining profitability while achieving the highest employee satisfaction index, surpassing a total of >300 employees. Emphasizing organizational structure, a good workplace, and a strong customer focus, we consistently exceeded our goals.
