About Daniel Lark, Phd

My laboratory studies the role of cellular metabolism in the regulation of extracellular vesicles (EVs). We study humans, cells and transgenic mouse models using spectral flow cytometry, nanoparticle tracking analysis and other molecular approaches. Our long-term goal is to define the cell-specific function of EVs in the context of human health (i.e. benefits of exercise) and disease (i.e. contributions to metabolic disease).
