I'm a security minded individual who works to very high standards. I am firearms and negoatior trained with over two decades experience in Correctional law enforcement and private security. I am currently a Field Training Officer and Crisis Intervention Team member. As a previously certified hostage negotiator, and current Crisis Intervention Team member, the focus of my career has changed to conflict resolution and de-escalation as an alternative to physical means to end conflict. As a Field Training officer, I have strived to train solid team member with a solid foundation of initial training and understanding In policies and procedures. Team members who have that solid foundation contribute to an effective team environment with the ability to work effectively within the team as well as an asset when working independently.
