Responsible for leading strategic IT projects and accountable for configuration and functional design in these critical functions. Accomplishments include:Global Payroll Redesign Project (in progress): Project objective: Outsource the payroll service. Move from country-level Payroll integrations / vendors, to consolidated Regional providers through new API integrations. Scope: 40,000 employees and 70 countries across all regions. Role: SME for Compensation, Core HR and Data Conversion. Responsible for gap analysis and configuration in the Comp space, Business Process simplification, configuration of missing Core HR data elements, data comparison and cleansing.Comp Structure Review (CSR): Led the Design, Configuration and Data Conversion deployment effort for a Global Compensation framework redesign. Configuration effort included thousands of Grade / Grade Profile Structures, Global Job Profiles, Bonus and Incentive plans, and Data Conversion for 14,000 employees in the Asia-Pacific, EMEA and Latin America regions.Total Rewards, North America: In charge of configuring the Total Rewards framework, which now allows employees to visualize their Benefit Employer contributions and Stock Grant. Scope: all 13,000 North America employees.Workday Recruiting: Led feature adoption for the Workday 30 & 31 upgrades, designed and configured new functionality such as Offer Letter, Candidate Self Withdrawal, various Business Process definition changes, External Career site changes, translations, Notification and Message Template changes. Also deployed Position default compensation for all 45,000 K-C employees globally.
