The Mercy Project is a federally registered charitable organization working to support healthcare initiatives in collaboration with sustainable community partners in areas where access is limited. I currently act as Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

- Oversaw offices in Montreal, Canada and Gulu, Uganda.- Coordinated more than 30 staff, interns, and volunteers.- Recipient of the McConnell Community Service Learning Award 2013.During my tenure as Executive Director, I was able to re-brand the organization, restructure the mission and vision, strengthen governance, balance the budget, strengthen communications, and engage stakeholders in decision-making processes.

As Outreach Coordinator, I developed local and nation-wide campaigns to engage youth with the science and solutions to climate change. I successfully attracted more than 40,000 Canadians to see our presentations on climate change.
