I have been in the Motor Retail trade for 30 years. I have worked for major players in the Retail Industry in Sales and Management roles . My first role as a Sales Manager , myself and my team were the top performing site in a large group of Land Rover retailers. I am customer centric and engaged with philosophy in all aspects of the jobs I have performed. Unfortunately I had been made redundant after 16 years with Williams Retail Group at the end of 2020. I’d been successful in my role as General Sales Manager for over 10 years in that position, Used Car Manager and Sales Associate prior to the GSM role .After being off for a couple of months with some mental health/ stress related issues Covid struck ,it gave my former line manager the opportunity to restructure the Sales department and unfortunately with a little bit of a clash of personalities didn’t want to include me in his restructuring . As it turns out it has in some ways been a blessing in disguise, tough times but a blessing. I have excellent people skills and attention to detail and giving great personal customer service where at my short time over the past year I have been told that this is the case . Onwards and upwards 👍
