Negev Air Base (Negev Desert, Israel): worked closely with the US Corps of Engineers and the Israeli Military. Set up control for the inspection of all materials used at Israeli airbases at all Israeli ports, to assure quality and compliance with Corps of Engineers standards. Released certified materials for transport to remote desert sites, to be used in the construction of the Negev Airbase.
