• Processed a high number of customer orders and inquiries during peak business hours and handled multiple inquires by exercising strong time management skills, flexibility and creativity• Addressed complaints and questions, as well as provided accurate documentation of problems customers had experienced resulting in improved service • Answered all incoming calls and or forwarded them correctly when required• Assured servers were running properly and addressed any problems that had surfaced• Properly documented changes that were made to servers• Provided troubleshooting and solved a multitude of IT issues that occurred on in-house applications used by employees; these applications included but were not limited to Microsoft Suite• Worked on multiple level 1 and 2 service tickets simultaneously through different mediums of communication, prioritizing the issues based on severity• Installed / upgraded operating systems, installed patches, and rebooted servers
