I am a certified Salesforce Administrator currently working in New York City. In my role as a Salesforce Administrator, my job functions include, but are not limited to:· Lead systems structure, objects, applications, security and maintenance. · Analyze, design, configure, develop tests and implement applications.· Develop reports, dashboards and processes to monitor data quality and integrity.· Act as a technical interface between business users, consultants and suppliers.· Manage production support requests and high quality timely tier 1 and tier 2 needs of 400+ users.· Train end users on existing functionality and new features, driving user adoption and create training documentation.· Data Management - bulk migration, de-duping and maintenance.· Integrate with other systems and 4 portals to support operational efficiency.· Define new creative automations, validations, triggers and workflows.· Expertise with API tools such as Apex Data Loader, Jitterbit, DemandTools and Data Export Service.
