• Conduct full financial health check with customers, identifying customer needs and goals to ensure an excellent service, whilst identifying appropriate cross sale opportunities.• Keying new products through CAO system & back office as well as online toolkits.• Responsibility to manage workflow & retail diary.• Maintain and build strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing customer contact is maintained, take ownership and follow up. • Collaborating with key stakeholders to fulfill customer’s expectations and desired outcomes. • Maintain professional development to ensure excellent level of product knowledge.• Adhere to banks risk and control procedures & bank policies by using the operations risk handbook to ensure risk exposure is kept at minimum level.• Ensure KYC is at 100% for all new account opening & that 2nd day check has been completed and monitored accurately.• Customer Due Diligence ensuring that the customer states who they are & ensure enough information has been completed accurately for account purpose to prevent fraud and money laundering.
