I am in charge of teaching Internal Control, which includes the following:• Providing contemporary educational material and lectures to enhance students comprehension of internal controls, including presentations, exercises, projects, cases studies and workshops;• Communicating behavioral aspects of organization controls and Internal Auditing.• Defining the roles and responsibilities regarding organization governance.• Distinguishing organization control components based on the COSO integrated framework.• Supervising and coaching students during their projects and case studies.• Providing useful technological techniques to prevent and detect fraud and abuse.

The “Agence Métropolitaine de Transport” overriding mission is to continuously improve commuter services in Greater Montreal. Its operations include the planning, coordinating, integrating and promoting public transit services, while operating the commuter train system and the planning and building extensions to the subway system.Reporting to the Audit Committee, I was implementing the Internal Audit function in line with International Audit Standards.

Schering AG was acquired in 2006 by Bayer AG.I was responsible for all financial activities of the company in Canada, reporting to the Canadian Chief of Finance (CFO).

Its revenues for the fiscal year ending on January 31st 2008 were $12.9 billion US.Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, my duties as Internal Auditor consisted of:• Preparing risk-based audit programs for all branches and processes of the organization (Aerospace, transport, recreational products, services and financing).• Performing added value audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of processes and controls (in Europe and America), while supervising and training junior and/or guest auditors.• Insuring the proper communication of findings by enforcing added value audit practices and presentation techniques.• Gaining knowledge of Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques and using them appropriately and adequately.
