As a CNC application engineer, I am responsible for the smooth commissioning of Biesse CNC machining centers as well as other machines. I assist customers with training and offer basic and advanced courses in NcHops. In addition, I perform programming work and system setups, and I am available to my customers as a contact person for technical questions or problems.I work closely with production to ensure that CNC systems are functioning optimally and production goals are met. With my extensive knowledge of CNC technology, I help ensure that machine productivity and efficiency are increased and quality standards are maintained.As a CNC application engineer, it is important to stay on top of the latest technology and continuously learn new skills. As an ERP Key User and CAM programmer for the interior doors and entrance doors department, I was responsible for optimizing our production processes and ensuring high product quality for our customers.In my role, I supported the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems by identifying improvement potentials and optimizing processes.
