Responsible for the administration and efficient operation of managing full service branches within New Jersey region, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual, branch and region sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to Branch Managers and or other branch personnel. Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Performs supervisory duties of branch and managerial staff, and coordinates managerial staff coverage within New Jersey region.

Lead and oversight a branch with more than 35MM in deposits and 70MM in loans. Responsible for overall branch operations and loan portfolio management. Comprehensive knowledge of customer relationship management, bank lending procedures, and financial risks analysis. Promote new business relations and maintain existing customer basis with strong network and communication skills.   Responsibilities include:- Manage 70MM loan portfolio and developed new prospective loans (New loan origination: YR 2013 - 17MM, YR 2012 - 15MM)- Identify business opportunities, develops existing customer base and initiates new client relationships - Visit / call  customers to collect financial information, needs and latest business strategies- Communicate with internal parties (lending department) and clients regarding of deal structuring, credit related process, operational procedures and issues- Ensure the branch business in compliance with regulatory guidance, internal examinations and credit risk management (BSA/AML/Fair Lending)- Manage and coach associates to maintain high customer service standards - Administer banking operations and controls to minimize operational risks
