· Collaborate with scrum teams, technology service teams, and key stakeholders to ensure understanding of business requirements and expectations, as well as quality and timely delivery· Engage and work closely with other Product Managers and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and decompose them into user stories· Enhance accounting system integrations profile within the business and enable delivery of the highest possible value· Conduct customer interviews to gather user feedback and understand the customer experience· Evolve product ideas through a user centric design process· Influence and support continuous agile delivery style within scrum teams as well as the wider business· Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Financial Planning, and Analysis teams to identify new product opportunities and enhancements driving growth within new and existing customers

· Responsible for managing an average of 20-25 concurrent projects to implement a full suite of accounts payable automation software and services while prioritizing client experience and serving as the implementation and integration subject matter expert within the construction vertical· Analyze client’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and determine opportunities to automate processes· Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to evaluate changing or complex client requirements· Document and provide updated timelines and risks for data team analysis and direct the coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met· Serve as an advocate for each client to provide feedback to the Sales, Services, and Product teams regarding system and service improvements and client business requirements to advance overall client experience · Organize and lead internal implementation training for new hire and continual education· Champion communication as a member of the Critical Communication Team with technical and customer facing teams as a response to high severity issues such as money movement and product performance

· Responsible for managing the integration aspects including scoping, development, and deployment for an average of 40-45 projects while serving as the QuickBooks, Sage, BlackBaud, and Abila MIP Accounting System integration subject matter expert · Coordinated issue resolution efforts to ensure timely resolutions are met in tandem with the Technical Support Team· Liaised cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to provide integration feedback for continual improvement· Consulted and provided feedback to remote development team to assist with the QuickBooks connector update· Champion for numerous accounting systems including QuickBooks, Sage, BlackBaud, and Abila MIP· Organized and led new hire training and continual education
