I am a currently an unpaid part-time carer with previous experience and a passion for IT, in particular IT support. I have experience providing 1st Line support to up to 120 users; over the phone, and remotely using RDP, Team Viewer, LogMeIn and Any Desk. My role has involved receiving and logging calls, responding to user requests as well as escalating issues to senior staff members whenever necessary. I have experience in repairing computers through modular replacement and component level repairs. I have installed and imaged Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 through to 10 on a range of machinesTo further my passion for IT I have enrolled on a course in order to enhance my hands on skills and gain industry recognised qualifications. I am now pursuing a 1St Line Technical Support role or a hardware maintenance position to gain more skills and experience within the IT industry and to further my passion as well as progress as an IT Professional.
