I have worked for Leger Shearings Group for 26years , working in our operations department dealing with every element of transport for our UK, European and Worldwide tours , organising transport, planning routing and timings of our coaches across the uk to our interchange hubs, organising , sourcing , booking sub feeders (taxis and minibuses )around the UK, booking flights / transfers for all our passengers . Dealing with suppliers ,hoteliers, customers , sourcing replacement vehicles within the UK or in Europe , this can be at anytime of the day or night due to being on call 24hrs a day , 7 days a week on a rota basis .Working within a team , but also a manager of three staff , our team look to drive down costs, implementing new ideas for our feeder network .Very challenging and fast paced working environment.
