Senior Product Manager
CurrentResponsibilities include:+ Working in a client/supplier relationship to develop and maintain the Product backlog+ Managing a Product backlog in the BAU phase, which consists of features, improvements, and bugs+ Working with multiple teams including BA's, UX designers, and tech leads to refine the Backlog for development+ Working with clients to help build a strategy for applications to achieve their goals+ Maintaining project budget to ensure developments are completed within cost constraints+ Maintaining a strong client relationship to ensure further growth and opportunities for success + Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure the development team can build features which customers benefit from and enjoy using+ Promoting Scrum best practices of working, whilst facilitating scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement+ Facilitating Product discoveries to determine a suitable MVP and roadmap+ Line management for two Product Managers, enabling their development through coaching+ Conducting market and competitor research to determine value of backlog items+ Reviewing product analytics to highlight areas for improvement and opportunity+ Generating Epics, Features and User stories to deliver and drive the Product roadmap
