Currently as a Team Leader, working within a call centre for Starling Bank. In an excellent work environment, I lead a team of Customer Service Agents to be the best they can be in their role. Starling provides the best working environment for all its staff, allowing me to grow as a leader and involve myself in the growth of the bank. I am proud to lead a team to provide ‘Red Carpet’ excellent service through coaching, training and development. I love my job. My recent role has been a Medallia CX Manager at Santander. I have recently become a Medallia certified customer experience professional using the platform and input in to projects. I have also used the data for insight purpose. Prior to my current role I was a Team Manager for Financial Support call centre at Santander. Within this role I managed teams remotely across the country to provide call management support, Learning and Development and coaching. I also ran team meetings, management meetings and managed projects to improve new performance and NPS. I have over several years experience within the finance and insurance industries. My previous focus has been the relationship management of personal and business clients, and the development and delivery of quality service across a wide range of products. I am skilled in Sales Management & retention, complaint handling and delivering high-end service levels to customers with bespoke requirements. As a qualified mortgage broker, I understand the importance of maintaining a strong client relationship, keeping my clients happy and understanding their needs and expectations. My aim is to make sure my clients are happy by ensuring they feel secure and well taken care of
