CurrentIn my current role, I am accountable for leading overall activities of sourcing and supplier management department, containing 8FTE and CHF250M spend. I successfully optimize operational proficiency by managing end-to-end purchasing process, performing sourcing, negotiation, and implementation of biggest service contracts within Swiss Business Unit. I efficiently execute service/supplier management frameworks that deliver professional/state of art management for all contracts. I foster professional relationships with biggest suppliers to attain mutual goals. I provide effective training and mentoring to next generation leadership regarding finance mentoring program. Furthermore, I serve as mentor for next generation leadership program within company.The achievements from this role have included the following:• Shifted from cost savings to cost avoidance.• Succeeded 3.5M GWP (Gross Written Premium) by leading countertrade deals and executing strategy to use transparency from procurement and relationship processes for growing business.• Negotiated strategic contracts (ca 20FTE) for stable service across organization while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.• Build E2E business cases with an understanding of existing processes, infrastructures, technologies, and issues/opportunities and bringing all of these together for efficiency, cost reduction, service quality improvement, and/or focus on growth.
