As the Director of Delivery & Installation at PIRCH, a premium lifestyle brand that offers innovative home solutions, I oversee all operations in Southern California, managing a team of 100 employees across three key departments. I directly supervise a team of eight managers, each responsible for overseeing a team of employees within their respective department. I also manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
