I am an Advanced Repair Agent at Geek Squad. I've held this position since January of 2023, and I started at Geek Squad as a Consultation Agent in July of 2022. This position requires familiarity with Windows 10 and later as well as MacOS Monterey and later. This includes operating system repair without loss of client data as well as transferal of data to new PCs. Additionally, for Windows laptops from any manufacturer, it includes troubleshooting and repair of generic parts such as the hard drive or solid-state drive and the RAM. Outside of these parts, though not part of my work at Geek Squad, I am also capable of installation of any internal laptop component including motherboards as long as the components can be sourced. I am able to diagnose and replace defective components in desktop PCs and laptops.I will be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aerospace Engineering at the University of Arkansas starting this fall, through the Airforce ROTC program, with a long-term goal of becoming multiengine aircraft pilot.
