Healthcare Facilities Management Director of Maintenence and Environmental Services...Responsible for all Life Safety Code Requirements to ODH Standards, Departmental Budgeting and Purchased Services,daily TELS tasks and work order management, overall manangement of our Healthcare Campus and its Building Maintenence and Facility Operations.Management of Commercial Construction projects for clients such as Wal Mart and it's storefront retail vendors, Yum Brand restaurant chain, including Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, as well as Regal Nail Salons, GameStop Arcades, and O'Reilly Auto Parts for GM-Northrup Property Management Corporation. Responsible for all aspects of Commercial Carpentry scope of work in Project blueprints while supervising all contractually subcontracted trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Public Utilities, concrete , etc. Responsible for weekly OSHA safety meetings, providing all PPE to workers, and successfully completing all construction phases to be completed on time and under budget.
