After coming back from three years of relocation I joined two projects similar in nature: Creating the foundation for migration frameworks for new Amdocs applications, from scratch, to be used in all new projects. It was the beginning of the new line of cloud products based on microservice architecture which used Couchbase, Casandra, HBAse, Postgres and Oracle as their database. As technical lead, I guided the team on constructing the ETL process for converting relational data into non-relational data, loading it either by inserting on databases, calling APIs or publishing Kafka events. I was actively working on research and development of new frameworks for Product Management, Online Charging, CRM and invoicing modules. I was the product manager of a innovation initiative for a tool that creates valid and customizable testing data across all the modules of a BSS solution (CRM, Ordering Management, Invoicing and Charging, Accounts and Receivables and Collections) with a business-friendly user interface, for which we got recognized by innovative approach taken and the value it added to the projects. I joined Amdocs Chile for a three-year relocation to be the on-site interface between remote development teams (mostly Israel and India) and the customer (Movistar, Telefonica group). It was a digital transformation project where Movistar was replacing all the legacy applications (BSS, OSS and digital channels). I was responsible for all migration-related requirement gathering, data architecture, reporting, data visualization (reconciliation, data quality and dashboards). As part of the data quality assurance process, I was also responsible for leading bill comparisons and defect management on all aspects of migration. Amdocs have recently expanded its operations to a new site where it had expanded the team from recently graduated team members. As a senior analyst and developer, I groomed the teams from different accounts (TIM Fiber, Claro Brazil, Telefonica Vivo) to a higher level of professionalism, improving the overall knowledge of Telecom and how to operate in ITSM environments – managing changes, defects, incidents, RCAs. Joined the project in a time where restructuration was needed due excessive costs on production support for NII account (Nextel). I joined as the lead analyst for CRM systems, providing L3 application support for web applications developed in Java and Oracle and maintaining the CRM and trouble ticket systems with its integrations to other applications (Java/WebLogic, BSCS and Oracle EBS). During the last year of graduation, I worked for a big-data project even before the big-data got this name. In this Pharmacy/Health Care software company we identified the possibility of generating insights based on medication consumption, hospital, and clinics visits.
