CurrentProvide M&E assistance to Chief of Party (COP), Senior Quality Assurance Manager and M&E Advisor.Provide assistance to M&E Advisor to ensures effective management of training database to facilitate timeous reporting to stakeholders.Check all SOPS’s, guidelines and training materials.Responsible for monitoring the quality of Recording and Reporting training.Support the M&E Advisor in compliance with donors’ rules and regulations.Support the M&E Advisor with all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation.Support with the quality improvement processes under direct supervision of the M&E Advisor.Perform monthly and quarterly Data Quality Assessment (DQA).Support in ensuring all JPS Africa NPC programs are all operating within the quality standards set up by NDOH, WHO and PEPFAR.Participate in monthly in-service training under the guidance of M&E Advisor.Participate in the Implementing M&E approaches that allow for the identification, analysis, documentation and dissemination of lessons learned. Provide support to partners and sub-contracts for implementation of their own monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures. Assist and prepare consolidated progress reports for the M&E Advisor, Quality Improvement Manager, Chief of Party, Managing Director, and Project staff including the identification of problems, causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and provide specific recommendations. Support visits, as necessary, to the various project teams to support implementation of M&E and to identify where adaptations might be needed.Implementation of the HIV prevention M&E system project year plan and delivery in accordance with stipulated requirements of the Department of Health and PEPFAR.Keep accurate and up to date M&E records of project specific activities.Document the management and recording of all M&E/QA Initiatives carried out by the section.
