I am currently employed as the technical lead overseeing the day to day running of Baxi's Commercial Solutions department. Managing a team of Pre Sales Technical Support and Designers to provide suitable renewable and hybrid heating/DHW solutions for commercial properties.Building close relationships with the external sales teams, and their customers to help deliver the right solution for their Commercial opportunities, providing detailed designs, hydronic schematics, equipment layout drawings, control/electrical schematics, technical and installation support and project management, from initial concept to commissioning and handover.I am also still responsible for application support for the external sales team, the design team at Baxi Packaged Solutions, external designers and installers for both the Potterton and Remeha brand of Commercial boilers. This includes hydraulic pipework arrangements, controls, drawing and schematic review and legislative support. Provides technical support for existing products as well as new product releases. I am involved in providing training material for internal and external requirements. I am also the commercial representative for Baxi on the ICOM water treatment steering group for commercial heating systems.
