Management Associate Program is an 18-month program to develop young talents for the CapitaLand. Supported in preparing documents and recorded meeting minutes following organisations’ guidelines for prospect assessment.- Aided project team in consolidating documents and approval papers from various internal departments (Project Development, Finance, Sales and Marketing) and external departments (Consultants, Tenderers, Contractors).
