Exiting the customer facing and sales orientated world of recruitment for a back office supporting role in a global steel manufacturing company. Accurately entering and quality checking 1000s of Steel bar data per day for production. I developed, implemented and currently manage a plan to archive and digitize 1000s of hard copy, paper documents as part of a new 'paperless' initiative.We have since switched to an OCR system that enters the data for us, I am currently training other staff to operate this system and assist in the switch from manual data Entry to a fully digitized, server hosted, paperless system.

Due to a system error which caused a backlog in job applications, I was brought on board to clear 400+ unprocessed internal job applications. Candidates were shortlisted and then interviews were arranged with Care Home Managers, records of all applicants were manually recorded in a basic Excel Spreadsheet.
